Update: 31st October 2018

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hi everyone,

We are delighted to confirm that the Board of Management and Principal of Hansfield Educate Together Secondary School have agreed to accommodate all of our students, that cannot be facilitated in our current premises, for the next few weeks.

Hansfield ETSS are in the position to offer us an entire floor of their building with a separate designated entry and exit for our students. This will will mean there will be no overlap with the Secondary School’s students, staff etc. during the day. We have also arranged separate yard times and lunches amongst other things and I will provide you with a full outline of these once they are fully agreed with Hansfield.

As you will appreciate, there are many other variables we will need to consider before we temporarily move and I am hopeful to be in a position to do this soon. One thing I can confirm, is that buses will definitely be provided to children free of charge from Tyrrelstown Educate Together NS each morning at 8:40am and will return for 2:20pm as normal (depending on the volumes of traffic on a given day).

More information regarding the class levels that will definitely need to move across will be confirmed shortly however, it is anticipated that it will include all classes from 1st to 6th , however, this is subject to change.

Finally, I would like to say that although this is a far from ideal situation, keeping the children (who moving to temporary accommodation) together on one site was a priority for us and we are relieved that we have been able to achieve that when it seems it has not been an option for other schools in the same predicament.

Further information will follow over the next few days.

Kind regards
